How Does It Work?
It uses a small hand pump, (similar to how a 'blood pressure check' device works). You simply slip on the plastic sleeve and pump up the small internal pad for 2 minutes, then release the pressure for 1 minute, and pump up again for a further two minutes, then release. That’s the first session done and it only took five minutes!
